Domain Name and Emails
A website with a top level domain name (example: .com, .net and .co.uk) is important to win the confident of your potential customers. You can point/park a domain name to your store, so that your customers will see your domain when browsing your store.
Once you have parked your domain name with us, you can create multiple domain email addresses. For example, order@mydomain.com or bob.builder@mydomain.com.

Multi User Access Permission
You can add multiple users, each at different level of access rights, to access the control panel. For example, a moderator can access all stores and perform account administration, while a shopkeeper can manage only one or more stores he/she is permitted to.
WYSIWYG HTML Editor
We have installed a WYSIWYG (What You See Is What You Get) HTML editor so that you can create your web pages just like you are typing into a Microsoft Word document. What you see as you type resembles how the page will be displayed in a web browser. Because using a WYSIWYG editor does not require any HTML knowledge, you will find it is easy to begin with and gets your store ready for business.
The web-based control panel means there is no software to install on your PC and allows you to work in your own time wherever you have an Internet connection. You can administer the back-end and view the front-end results in real time.
Free Store Templates or Your-own-design
There are 100+ pre-installed templates to give your store credibility and polish, so customers will know you are a serious about the business. All store templates were coded in CSS (Cascading Style Sheet) to improve content accessibility and to reduce complexity and repetition in the structural content. Using CSS based templates means your pages can load faster and hence encourage more business.
For users with HTML knowledge, you can design your own unique storefront or personalise one of our templates to the way you like. You may want to hire a web designer to create a unique template for you, or buy a template from one of the template providers.
Backup and Restore
The file backup and restore features let you keep a copy of your data in case you made mistake when updating your content or products. The server is also scheduled to backup your website and all its content on regular basis.
